2.
1. In what ways do you “construct” your identity? In what ways do you “perform” in your daily life?
2. Describe some ways in which your personal culture and social environments are “constructed”.
3. Describe some ways in which your physical environment/space is “constructed”.
4. In your daily life, what would you consider to be “real” and what would you consider to be “constructed/fabricated”?
5. Describe a narrative tableaux that you might create to be captured by a photograph. A narrative tableaux can be defined as “Several human actors play out scenes from everyday life, history, myth or the fantasy of the direction artist”
6. Describe an idea for a photograph that includes a miniature stage or still life. A description of such an image is “The tableaux reconstructs events as in the narrative tableaux, but in miniaturized format, using dolls and other toy objects”

3.  Describe your plans for your constructed identity project.  What 4 concepts are you exploring? How will you do so? Do you need props, costumes, models?

  1. This video explores more 3 dimensional options. For me I see this as the possible binding of photography and Animated Short Films. If you could create the scenery and characters needed, you could capture several images that could be morphed into a movie by taking stop motion pictures.

  2. 1.My identity is constructed by my attitude, apperances, and achievements. In my daily life I treat those the way I am treated. I feel like I am being treated poorly or rudely, I will react rudely. Once I am respected, I will return that. The way I dress is also greatly important in my identity, it defines me for who and how I am. My achievements too show my personality. I am that student who gets everything done regardless other priorities or interests.
    2. My culture is constructed as I greatly express where my family is from and my house also reflects that. My social environment is constructed by the way I talk, the people I associate with, the things I do, and the places I go.
    3. My physical space is constructed through my current home, but also on my past. My past space is a very big part of who I am.
    4. In my daily life I'd consider my family, boyfriend and true friends as real. The fake are those who get in your way of happiness.
    5. A narrative tableaux that I'd use to create for my future would be creating my graduation walk.
    6. A miniature stage I'd use would be a room to be set up as a city and my nikes/jordans as the cars parked on the streets.

  4. 1. I wear make up to hide my true identity and shoe people someone that I'm not.
    2. My social enviornment is reflected upon the way I talk and the way my attitude is
3.My physical enviornment is reflected of the people who remind me of me and can make me laugh and for me to know that I have people to rely on.
    4. Honestly the school to me is and isnt real. There are certain people that I can be around that is real to me, but other than that everybody else is fake. People ruin people, teachers favorite even though they say they dont, and people are just rude. Some of the things teachers teach us I dont understand because only about 1/4 of the things we learn in school we use.
    5. My life story. I want to capture what has happened in my life from start until now.
6.Taking a kid or a teenager and dressing them up by making them look like a doll and cover the kid with toys and dolls to construct that person as a doll.
